About
myself I have been practising Yoga
(Iyengar) for over 30 years and teaching for the past 5 years. I teach a
broad range of students of all abilities. |

What I
teach
I teach Iyengar asanas with a strong focus on the individual needs
of the students. This includes an emphasis on relaxation,
therefore I have incorporated yoga breathing practises and mediation. Yoga
is a wonderful counter balance to modern stresses and strains and with the
right practice enables us to move into our natural state of harmony
and balance. |
